Blind boxes and product claims
Prize products are managed through the Racezo catalog and shown in the lobby before room entry. A blind box result is stored in the account warehouse until it is opened or claimed under the current product rules.
Displayed product information
The lobby may show product name, image, tier, and an estimated reference value. A displayed reference value is informational and should not be treated as a guaranteed resale or cash value.
Opening a blind box
Eligible boxes appear in the authenticated profile. Opening and claim actions should only be submitted once, and the interface reports loading, success, and error states before another action is taken.
Physical delivery
Physical claims require accurate recipient, phone, postcode, address, address detail, and any required customs code. Delivery availability, customs review, and timelines can vary by destination.
